News Hires New HR Director

The News has a new management representative to deal with the Guild and its other unions.

Laura Dudley joins the company as Director of Human Resources and Deputy Counsel. Ms. Dudley, 31, of East Aurora, recently served as labor relations supervisor for Genesee Valley BOCES and, before that, was an associate in the Buffalo law firm of Flaherty, Cohen, Grande, Randazzo and Doren.

She's a graduate of the Cornell University School of Industrial and Labor Relations and the University of Buffalo Law School.
