WILD, WILD, WEST
FAMILY FUN and CRAFT SHOW

These are the cabins and their assigned themes. If your group would like to host a cabin, but feel your group can not handle it alone...please call. We all know two halves make a whole. The more volunteers we have, the fuller the day's activities will be.

By choosing to host a cabin, your basic involvement will be fairly easy. After choosing a cabin, you will be asked to make a few small signs. On Saturday, set-up is from 1:00 - 4:00 p.m.

There will be a box in your chosen cabin, filled with everything you will need to decorate. We are going light with decorations, heavy with fun activities. If you would like to add an activity or decoration, you are welcome to. The cabins will be open and require staffing from 11:00 a.m. until 3:30 p.m. No early closing is allowed. Each cabin will do one supplied activity that is free for visitors. There will also be one activity per cabin for a minimal charge for visitors. Both activities will be supplied for you.

The host or group will get 75% of the profit from their cabin, after cost. The crafts will be programmed to generate the same amount of profit per cabin, about .25 cents each. You won't need to deal with money handling, as tickets for the cabin crafts/ activities will be sold at the Pony Express.

The community crafters who are renting tables in Wotogee will be setting up on Sunday morning 8:00-10:00 a.m. They will be opened for business from 10:00 a.m. 3:30 p.m.

The Camp Fire food concession stand will have coffee and donuts available for the general public's purchase beginning at 10:00 a.m. until 12:00 noon. Lunch items will be available for purchase after that time.

We all have busy groups. We are trying very hard to make this an easy, profitable event to volunteer for. If you have any questions, or comments, please call Phyllis Kelly- 649-5942 or the Camp Fire Office-835-7585.
