Groups plan their schedule with the supervision of trained counselors.

Camp programs focus on children having Fun in the out-of-doors by:
  1. Learning new skills
  2. Refining old ones
  3. Making new friends
  4. Trying new experiences

There is ample opportunity for group spontaneity within the program framework. Sharing with other campers, and their counselors, is something rarely found in any other experience.

What will campers enjoy?

SWIMMING under the supervision of a Red Cross certified Water Safety Instructor in the camp pool. Instruction is offered on age and skill appropriate basis and a daily recreational swim is part of the program.

CANOEING and ROWING the pond offers plenty of space for campers to learn the fundamentals of canoeing and rowing, including safety in boats. There are also many fish that love an afternoon snack!

GAMES and SPORTS summer is playtime and campers will have the opportunity to express themselves in vigorous and adventuresome ways. New Games, Fitness Trail, Rope Course, Sports and Unstructured Group Play are part of what makes camp Fun!

ARTS and CRAFTS an opportunity for campers to express themselves through simple projects. Some projects make use of the natural resources found at camp.

OUTDOOR COOKING groups will cook out at least once during each session. The cookout possibilities include: hot dogs, pizza, foil dinners and of course -- s'mores!

CAMPFIRES and SONGFESTS what would camp be without campfires and singing; all the old favorites and new ones every summer. Sitting around the campfire, singing songs, and watching skits under a star filled sky is an experience children remember the rest of their lives.
